Norfolk/Virginia Beach (using Interstate 64 via the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel)

  • Take Interstate 64 West across the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT)
  • Take Exit 263A (Mercury Boulevard heading towards the James River Bridge)
  • In about 3 miles, turn right onto Jefferson Avenue
  • Turn left at the first stoplight (Brooke Street)

Chesapeake/Portsmouth/Suffolk (using Interstate 664 via the Monitor Merrimac Bridge Tunnel)

  • Take Interstate 664 East across the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel
  • Approximately 1.5 miles after the tunnel, Take Exit 5
  • Bear left at Exit 5 following signs to Jefferson Avenue
  • Turn left onto Jefferson Avenue (Route 143)
  • Continue on Jefferson Avenue approximately 2.5 miles through the Mercury Boulevard intersection
  • Turn left the next stoplight (Brooke Street)

Smithfield/Isle of Wight/Surry (using Route 258/17 via the James River Bridge)

  • Take Route 258/Route 17 North across the James River Bridge heading into Newport News
  • Half a mile after the bridge ends turn left onto Jefferson Avenue (Route 143/17)
  • Turn left at the first stoplight (Brooke Street)

From Points North

York County/Gloucester (using Route 17)

  • Take Route 17 South into Newport News
  • Turn left onto Jefferson Avenue (Route 143/17)
  • Continue about 3.5 miles on Jefferson Avenue
  • Turn right one stoplight before Mercury Boulevard at Brooke Street

Williamsburg/Richmond (using Interstate 64)

  • Take Interstate 64 East towards Newport News/Hampton/Norfolk/Virginia Beach
  • Take Exit 263 (Mercury Boulevard heading towards the James River Bridge)
  • In approximately 3 miles, turn right onto Jefferson Avenue
  • Turn left at the first stoplight (Brooke Street)

Hampton (using Mercury Boulevard)

  • Take Mercury Boulevard (Route 258) South towards the James River Bridge
  • Half a mile before the bridge turn right onto Jefferson Avenue (Route 143/17)
  • Turn left at the first stoplight (Brooke Street)
